Florence is a senior member of the Learning & Development team. Her key responsibility is to evangelise, share and drive personal data protection education programmes amongst the local institutions of higher learning (IHLs), government ministries and agencies. These education schemes include training awards and certification programmes for the development of Data Protection Executives (DPEs) and Data Protection Officers (DPOs). She is also an international professional APICS certified CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) and CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional).
