With 27 years in the background screening industry, serving in Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Engineering, Michelle has worked directly with many of the Fortune 500 companies and is a subject matter expert in their industry-specific screening needs.
Michelle earned her BS in Business Administration from LeTourneau University, and lives in Murphy, Texas (a Dallas suburb). She spends her downtime directing and performing in musicals and plays at a community theater where she serves on the Board of Directors, attending exercise classes at Orange Theory Fitness, spending time with her family, dogs, and cat, and loves the movies. She is also a fan of true crime stories and Ted Lasso.
