Led a major research project linking Wood Mackenzie’s Refinery tools with petrochemical asset modelling to develop the Refinery-Chemicals Evaluation Model which allows a holistic view of crude oil to chemicals analysis. Also helped to develop Wood Mackenzie’s long-term petrochemical feedstock analysis, covering NGLs, LPG, naphtha and circular feedstocks.
Started career at ExxonMobil Chemicals, taking on roles in process engineering, project start-up and chemical tanker logistics. He spent several years in site optimisation and coordination, covering feedstocks and products ranging from crude oil and naphtha to aromatics, olefins and solvents. After numerous roles in manufacturing, spent several years as Asia Pacific Regional Business Planner for the Aromatics business, where he was involved in corporate planning and capital project evaluation.
