Matthew Sisul, P.E., is Vice President of Infrastructure at Green Powered Technology (GPTech), an Arlington, Virginia-based Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing energy and infrastructure advisory and engineering services. He leads GPTech’s Sustainable Infrastructure practice, overseeing engineering, quality assurance, construction oversight, and infrastructure advisory programs in the United States and internationally. His experience includes work for the U.S. Department of State, USAID, Millennium Challenge Corporation, Asian Development Bank, and other federal and international development clients. Matt also supports GPTech’s business development and strategic growth efforts, with a focus on federal infrastructure, international development, and partnerships with large and small businesses. An active member of the Society of American Military Engineers, he serves in leadership and educational roles supporting SAME’s small business and international communities. Matt is a licensed Professional Engineer and an Envision Sustainability Professional with more than 20 years of engineering and infrastructure experience.
