Initially graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering, Jay later qualified as a lawyer and practised for 17 years before moving into speaking, coaching and consulting.
She is an author of several books about leadership communication. Her clients include business owners, corporate professionals and MBA graduates - helping senior managers with their pitching/speaking as well as leadership and management skills.
Jay is an advocate for women in leadership and holds non-executive roles as a Board Member of WES and also the University of Dundee.
