Chin-Lan Chen

Chin-Lan Chen is a Staff Accountant with the Risk Management and Assurance (RM&A) Division within DHS Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO). Ms. Chen serves as the Desk Officer for US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Science and Technology Directorate (S&T). Ms. Chen began her career in a public accounting firm and had over 10 years of experience in tax and federal government consulting in financial and contracts and grants. She became a public servant in 2017 with Defense Contract Audit Agency and started gaining internal control experience with DHS since March 2020. Ms. Chen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas.
