Patricia is a real estate and small business consultant assisting buyers, sellers and investors in selecting and protecting assets and maximizing returns. She also consults with business owners in strategic planning and improving business operations across a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, professional services and education. Most recently, Patricia has led a "small scale development" training program in Fairfield County to align community-centric goals with development initiatives that focus on helping individuals and small businesses formulate their vision and make a broader impact on the places we live and work.
