He has been conducting SIU investigations for nearly 20 years for multiple carriers, and has handled all aspects of residential, commercial and auto claims investigations during that time. Mr. Bertrand also is a former police officer in the State of Kansas, and served both as an undercover detective in the narcotics unit and as a member of the S.W.A.T. team.
