Shabri is the founder and CEO of SalesWorks. SalesWorks is a training and consulting firm purely focused on sales team development for B2B software and software-enabled companies. SalesWorks uses the proprietary 4S Methodology with clients to create a successful and efficient sales operation.
Shabri brings over 11 years of experience within inside sales and sales development, where she spent 7 years at Finastra, the largest FinTech in Europe where she built and led the Inside Sales team and Sales Academy ; successfully scaling a global team from 3 to 50 whilst creating a revenue generating engine of £3million annually.
In 2018, Shabri started SalesWorks which works with companies from seed to scaling purely focused on sales team development that has reimagined the legacy approach to training and enablement, working with industry leaders including Garmin, Access and Ncino.
