Julianna joined Attune from Hamilton USA in 2017, where she served as the Head of Strategy and Innovation, playing a significant role in the design and launch of Attune. Before Hamilton, she spent four years at McKinsey & Company, where she was a member of the firm’s insurance practice and advised leading global companies on strategy, operations, organisational design, and sales and marketing.
