David Friedman

New York Metro Regional Director, CRE at TD Bank

David Friedman is the Regional Director and Senior Vice President for Commercial Real Estate in the New York Metro market at TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank. David oversees a team that provides construction and mini-perm loans, along with a full array of deposit and other related services to public and private developers and commercial real estate owners. He has over 15 years of experience in the finance and real estate with a special focus within the greater New York-area. David joined TD Bank in 2018 and is responsible for managing and expanding the bank’s commercial real estate loan portfolio in the greater New York area. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as the Director and Team Leader of Real Estate Syndicated Capital Markets at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He started his career at PNC Bank as a Relationship Manager and Underwriter for PNC Real Estate Finance. David currently serves on the National Board of Directors for the Real Estate Lenders Association (RELA) and formerly held an officer position for RELA’s New York chapter. He holds his FINRA Series 63, 79, and 24 securities licenses. David graduated from Babson College with a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in finance, real estate and entrepreneurship. He received his M.S. in real estate from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
