Eric Powell has been working in information technology for over 33 years. He has always had a passion for computers, dating back to the introduction of the Radio Shack TRS-80. As Global Director at Syntax, he has held multiple responsibilities and roles, including leading a global DEVOPS team, building customer service and helpdesk departments, managing infrastructure networking and operating systems teams, leading an engineering design team, overseeing datacenter design and facilities construction, physical on-premise security system design and management, manufacturing plant line manager, sales field technical consultant, and managing SAP basis teams supporting internal company businesses. Eric is currently based in Raleigh North Carolina.
