Dave Dwyer

COO, Mass Virtual

David (Dave) Dwyer currently serves as the COO of Mass Virtual, where he supports the team in bringing transformative eXtended Reality (XR) solutions to the masses. Dave’s journey began at Walt Disney Imagineering, where he gained invaluable experience. Over the past two decades, he has been an integral part of the Modeling and Simulation community in Orlando. His diverse background also includes a stint with a Dublin-based company that went through the acquisition process where he led the combining of business functions between the two organizations. Beginning his career in IT and programming, Dave has since expanded his knowledge to all fundamental areas of business operations from People Operations to Sales to Finance. His customer first approach has been vital to servicing a wide range of customers from meeting the needs of our Armed Services, to answering the demands of Fortune 500 customers with a variety of emerging technology solutions, but also the internal teams everywhere he has worked. Throughout his professional career, Dave has had a deep enthusiasm in supporting our next generation of leaders. Whether it is volunteering as a mentor in the UCF College of Business Mentorship program, or as a Senior Project Mentor at Oviedo High School, Dave strongly believes that giving back and passing on knowledge will help to make our future generations successful and build the strong leaders of tomorrow.
