Dave Ebert teaches kids how to do, appreciate, understand, and love mathematics at Oregon High School in southern Wisconsin. He has been teaching students in grades 6-12 for over 20 years. He recently served on the Board of Directors of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, is a Past President of the Wisconsin Mathematics Council, and has held multiple leadership roles in both organizations. He has presented and led workshops for teachers on a variety of topics at the local, state, and national level. He is a past recipient of a Kohl Fellowship, the Marquette University School of Education Young Alumnus of the Year Award, a Best Buy Teach award, and the Miriam Connellan Mathematics Education Award. He was recently honored as the Wisconsin Mathematics Council Distinguished Mathematics Educator.
