Finn is a founding member, and now the Director of Youth & Communities Services department at Gendered Intelligence (GI). The department includes: Trans Youth Work; Families Work; Adult Well-Being Service; Community Development and Partnerships Work; Trans Mentoring in Educational Settings.
Finn has been a youth & community worker for both local authority and voluntary sector for 15 years. Finn has a BA in Youth & Community Work and is passionate about theories of group work and anti-oppressive practice. He teaches regularly on various University courses on gender, cis-normativity, youth work and power.
Finn identifies as trans masculine, uses he/ him or no pronouns.
