After 20 years working in Strategy, Marketing and Digital for the airlines of the Air France KLM Group, Jacques-Olivier has moved to AFI KLM E&M in 2015 as Marketing Director and became Head of New Digital Services end of 2017.
His mission is now to develop AFI KLM E&M Digital Services in order to enhance Customers operations and experience in a “Maintenance as a Service” spirit. Predictive Maintenance is at the heart of this strategy and Prognos Services are already delivering impressive results
