Daniel is a corporate and business tax specialist with extensive experience of complex tax structuring and risk management. He relocated to join PKF Francis Clark, having qualified as a tax adviser with global accountancy firm KPMG, before spending 15 years working in the City of London.
Daniel heads PKF Francis Clark’s international tax team and chairs the PKF International Tax Committee. He leads the firm’s work on Brexit matters. Alongside this, Daniel continues to advise business clients on a broad range of tax issues, with a particular focus on property investment and development, technology, and business restructuring. His specialisms include R&D Incentives, debt and equity structuring, and cross-border taxation
