For 12 years Todd was the Regional HR Director for a Fortune 50 company managing the HR function for over 6,000 employees. He is SPHR certified through the Society of Human Resource Managers. He was an HR consultant for the 2002 Salt Lake Winter Olympics and is a member of the HR Advisory Board for Utah Valley University.
