As a Litigation Business Developer, Karen enjoys driving efficiencies for clients and solving challenges in all areas of AI, electronic discovery, computer forensics, IT security, litigation readiness and data analysis. With over 25 years of experience in eDiscovery and specializing in the Energy sector and Healthcare industry, Karen brings an extensive, successful record of finding solutions that will enable clients to succeed.

Over the course of her career, Karen has held several executive roles in the legal services landscape. Prior to joining Exterro, Karen served as an account executive with an emphasis on energy-related companies. She began her career a paralegal with Vinson & Elkins but with a keen interest in technology and a "make it happen" attitude, she became involved with both Project Management and Marketing in the eDiscovery space. Networking is second nature to Karen and she thrives on meeting new people and connecting them with others who can help them solve challenges. Moving into Business Development was a natural evolution in her career which has brought success to her employers and provided experienced consultative advice to clients.

Karen is the Former Chairman of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo's Wine Competition Committee, sits on the Host Committee for the Bush 41 Foundation Vintner Dinner. She's passionate about "selfless service", animals, her family ranch and this eDiscovery industry that has provided her with the opportunity to enjoy a successful and fulfilling lifestyle. Her loyalty and dedication to excellence she credits her undergraduate education from Texas A&M University and Master’s degree from George Washington University.
