He is currently the Executive Director at USA Drone Port/National Unmanned Robotics Research Development Center, Asst. Professor and Program Coordinator of Unmanned Systems Technology at Hazard Community and Technical College (HCTC), Project Manager and Consultant with AmeriSky, President of Massey Unmanned Publishing, Owner and Commercial Pilot with Night Waiver with American Drone Services, Owner and Educator with The Wine Advisor, Photographer and Owner of Bart Massey Photography. I am also a General HAM Radio operator KN4RXR. Previous experience includes District Webmaster, Studio Production Manager, and Chief Executive Officer/President.
Bart holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Adult and Higher Education, a Bachelor of Arts in University Studies from Morehead State University and an Associates of Arts in General studies from Somerset Community College. In addition, I have received certification as a commercial UAV Pilot.
