Richard Luna is the Founder & CEO of Protected Harbor. He formed Protected Harbor in 2006, bringing more than 25 years of IT leadership & technology infrastructure expertise to the small & medium-sized organizations Protected Harbor serves. Prior to Protected Harbor, Luna was the founder of Netmagic Systems, which developed commercial network management applications. Luna is also the former IT Director of U.S. News & World Report, where he developed & deployed a satellite communications system.
