Caroline Sharp is an experienced researcher and evaluator at NFER, with a particular interest in social mobility. She has directed several national research and evaluation studies, including an evaluation of summer schools and research into how schools successfully support the achievement of disadvantaged pupils. Caroline recently completed studies on the North-East Primary Literacy scale-up campaign and a national study of schools’ responses to Covid-19.
