Dr. Lili Sussman holds a PhD from Harvard University (in decision-making), and has spent more than two decades scaling tech businesses, leading not for profits, consulting to multinationals with BCG, and building new products across diverse international markets.
In 2023, she was named Australia’s Female Fintech Leader of the Year after doubling revenue and customer growth year-on-year at one of the country’s fastest-growing tech companies, while also building the #1 Best Place to Work in Australia for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Her unique personal journey also includes recovering from a serious brain injury, when she lost her ability to read and walk on the street, which has led to a deep interest in the brain, and into the power of healing and rapid personal transformation.
