Charlotte Hill works for Cornwall Council as Head of Partnerships, Innovation & Wellbeing in the Together for Families directorate. She is passionate about improving outcomes for children and families and addressing the effects of health inequalities. Charlotte’s experience spans nearly three decades in local government and she volunteers her time as a company director for three social enterprises. She is currently responsible for multi-million pound strategic programmes including Headstart Kernow, a strategic investment of the National Lottery Communities Fund, to improve the emotional resilience and mental wellbeing of children and young people aged 10-16, the Government’s Troubled Families programme that supports families experiencing disadvantage and is soon to be responsible for a new Best Start in Life team that will work with families with children 0-2 years.
