Udaiya leads Microsoft’s Collaboration, Mobility & Security solution sales organisation for the Asia Pacific region based out of Singapore. This brings together the very best of Microsoft’s cloud productivity platform, our integrated security offerings and our surface devices to enable a ‘Modern Workplace’ for our enterprise customers across all industries.
Udaiya & the Modern workplace solution sales organisation are focussed on helping our customers rapidly embrace digital transformation. He strongly believes any organisational transformation starts with the people. Enabling them to bring their very best to work every day requires a workplace that fosters collaboration, breaks down silos and provides a secure working environment and his team is focussed on making this a reality for our customers.
Udaiya brings over 14 years of enterprise experience working across different regions including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Asia Pacific regions at Microsoft. He has also worked across many functions including Finance, Operations, Marketing, Solution Sales and currently in a regional leadership role in the past 14 years with the company.
Prior to his current role, Udaiya lead the Modern Workplace Solution sales organisation in New Zealand for the past 4 years increasing the enterprise cloud adoption from 45% to 94% over the past 4 years and supporting digital transformation initiatives specifically in Banking, Health and government agencies.
Udaiya holds a post graduate degree in Business Administration and IT from University of South Australia, Australia.
