Victoria Westbrook is the Women’s Gender Responsive Coordinator for the San Francisco Adult Probation Department. In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing a platform of women's gender-responsive services and policies to improve outcomes for justice-involved cis and trans women. Her long term addiction to methamphetamine lead her to selling drugs, resulting in a federal drug trafficking conviction and prison sentence. Since releasing in 2016, Victoria has been actively involved in addressing addiction and reentry issues within San Francisco. Victoria is a member of the Women 1st and Legislation, Policy, & Practices Subcommittees of the Reentry Council of San Francisco and a Co-chair of the Criminal Justice Racial Equity Work Group. Victoria is currently working on her Masters in Counseling degree at Palo Alto University.
