Andrew is a Managing Consultant with SHL. As a member of the Solutions Consulting Team, he is helping shape talent acquisition, talent mobility and organisational development solutions for a clients both in the private and public sectors.
Andrew joined SHL’s Research Division in 1998, giving him the opportunity to work across many areas of the business: psychometrics, assessment, management development and training. Over the years, he has specialised in the development of SHL’s international product offering and the implementation of the Universal Competency Framework.
Today, Andrew’s broad-based experience enables him to deliver a variety of consultancy projects and interventions including assessment and development centres, leadership identification, competency design, talent management, and training course delivery.
Andrew has also designed a management workshops focussing on topics such as Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, International Team Dynamics, and Motivation. He has delivered these programmes in the UK and internationally. Clients has has supported include Equinor, Babcock, HSBC, Adecco Group, AWS, and Vodafone.
Andrew is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, holding a BSc (honours) Degree in Psychology from the University of Humberside and a MSc in Industrial Psychology from Hull University. He is also an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
