Bio
Stuart Kemp is the Deputy Chief Operating Officer at the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). In his current role, Stuart contributes toward monitoring of Code compliance and Anti-Doping program development; he is also responsible for the re-development of ADAMS. Previously, Stuart has been a member of World Anti-Doping Code and International Standard for Testing and Investigations drafting teams. Throughout his career, Stuart has managed WADA’s pre-Games testing and was a member of numerous WADA Independent Observer and advisory programs. Prior to joining WADA, Stuart worked with the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport in Ottawa. Stuart holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science and International Development, and a Master’s degree in Human Kinetics.
