Olivia Koelsch attended Biola University where she achieved a Bachelor of Business Marketing and a minor in Bible. Growing up working in senior living, she chose to join Nordstrom right after the university to learn from their world-class customer service management training.
Her in-depth background with Koelsch Communities has given her expanded experience working with elders. She has participated in diverse facets of senior living community operations - including assisting nurses, cooking meals, housekeeping, delivering meals to seniors in their homes, and engaging senior on travel adventures. Olivia has a special heart for elders and their legacy - especially those living with a dementia such as Alzheimer’s.
