Bio
Ms. Diane Amstutz is an Assistant Center Director for the Pharmaceuticals, Health, and Chemicals (PHC) Center of Excellence and Expertise for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The PHC Center oversees all CBP Trade activities nationally related to the import and export of pharmaceuticals, health and chemical merchandise. Ms. Amstutz manages a staff of Import Specialist and Entry Specialist teams assigned to the Validation and Compliance Division within the PHC Center.
Assistant Center Director Amstutz began her career in the United States Customs Service at the Port of Cleveland in 1992 as an Import Specialist. She has held several management positions within CBP at the Port of Cleveland before transitioning to the Center environment. Ms. Amstutz received her MBA from the University of Akron and her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Ohio State University.
