Three years ago, Louise joined Ergomed and took charge of vendor management, a responsibility primarily handled by the operational teams. Since her arrival, she has implemented a comprehensive Vendor Management process, encompassing initial selection, assessment, contracting, and governance. To streamline operations, she successfully introduced Salesforce as a centralized database for tracking vendors, contracts, capabilities, and performance. Additionally, Louise established an internal SharePoint site to facilitate seamless information sharing across all departments within Ergomed. Currently, she manages a dedicated vendor management group, entrusted with providing full support to operational teams in all vendor-related matters.
