Vivien has been in the Department of Justice and Regulation, Victoria for 5 years and was appointed Deputy Director for data, performance and business development in 2018. She has extensive experience in the areas of Business Information, Analytics and Data Warehousing along with highly developed skill in business analysis, strategy development, program management and process improvement.
Prior to joining the public sector, Vivien has had a sizable tenure with Carlton and United Breweries in which she led a team that was accountable for the Business Information landscape and Master Data Governance within the organisation.
