Elizabeth completed her training at ION in the year 2000 and later completed a Master’s degree in Nutritional Medicine at the University of Surrey. For most of her nutritional career she focused on supporting people diagnosed with cancer and during this time headed the nutrition teams at two UK cancer charities.
Through her own life experiences, as well as client work, Elizabeth has come to realise how important spiritual alignment is to the healing of body and mind. This has led her to expand her therapeutic training, including training as a HeartMath Coach, EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner and a Heart Meditation Facilitator. Elizabeth has a particular interest in the healing power of the heart and has spent several years researching the subject for a book. The combination of her therapeutic training and years of personal study allows her to support people in deepening their spiritual awareness and bringing this all together, she has created a model for emotional and physical healing that fully engages and utilises the power of the heart; Heart Matrix Therapy
