Ken is a seasoned code enforcement manager with over 30 years of Code Enforcement experience, which helped develop and create a higher education Code Enforcement training program for those looking for a career in Code Enforcement. The program became a state-accredited education program and helped many individuals obtain state certification. Ken also served as the education liaison between the college and the California state association for several years.
Ken was also a founding member of Orange County, CA, which helped launch the Code Enforcement Chapter of Orange County to give code enforcement officers in California additional training opportunities.
