Prior to starting Fortune, Mr. Strand held a number of Senior Level Executive positions for Lubrizol Corporation, Youngs Drug Products, Johnson Matthey, and Raytheon Engineers and Constructors.

Mr. Strand is a 1969 United States Naval Academy graduate.
