Abbie is a specialist construction solicitor in Holmes & Hills’ Construction team, working closely with Sam Bawden and Lawrence Pearce to protect clients’ commercial interests at all stages of construction projects. She advises and represents clients on a wide range of construction matters, including contract reviews, payment and final account disputes, adjudication and arbitration, defective works, loss and expense claims, extensions of time, variations, and issues relating to suspension, termination, and practical completion. Alongside her dispute work, Abbie also delivers training to senior leadership and management teams within construction businesses, helping them identify, manage, and minimise legal risk in their projects and contractual arrangements.
