The founder of Sparkitivity, Kathryn is the author or co-author of four books, including The Non-Obvious Guide to Being More Creative, No Matter Where You Work. She has written hundreds of articles on creative thinking, learning, talent development, and the secret strengths of outlier thinkers, which have appeared in publications from The Washington Post to Psychology Today.
Kathryn earned her BA in Latin American and Spanish Literature, with a minor in economics, at Northwestern University and she has a master’s degree in creativity and change leadership from the acclaimed International Center for Studies in Creativity at the State University of New York.
