Internet law and domain name attorney at The GigaLaw Firm
Bio
Doug Isenberg, an attorney and founder of The GigaLaw Firm in Atlanta, has recovered thousands of domain names for clients over nearly three decades under the UDRP, the URS, and numerous ccTLD dispute policies; in 2009, he filed the largest complaint ever filed under the UDRP. During ICANN's 2012 expansion of the domain name system, Doug represented trademark owners and applicants in objection proceedings, and he serves as a domain name panelist for all five ICANN-approved UDRP providers. On his GigaLaw website, Doug publishes a 14-part masterclass on domain name disputes and GigaLaw's Domain Dispute Digest; his book, The GigaLaw Guide to Internet Law, was published by Random House in 2002. The World Trademark Review has called Doug a whiz on Internet law and domain names, and he is regularly included in The Best Lawyers in America for technology law. Doug holds a political science degree from Washington University in St. Louis and graduated cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law.
