Before joining EverConnect, Jim led the Repair and Remodel business at James Hardie Building Products and help develop and growth their Contractor Alliance Program (CAP) to support over 4,000 active contractors. This support came in the form of partnerships with brands like EverConnect, Hatch, Socius, MarketSharp, Guild Quality and others that afforded contractors premier access and unrivaled support to drive the growth of their independent businesses, propelling James Hardie to record growth. Today he leads of team of solution consultants helping contractors invest in the right lead generation products under the EverConnect Brand
