Ashish Pyasi, is an Associate Partner with the firm Dhir & Dhir Associates and
looking after civil and commercial litigation and arbitration practice of the firm
in Mumbai. He primarily focuses on insolvency and bankruptcy, dispute
resolution and commercial litigation.He is an alumni of Government Law
College, Mumbai and also a Company Secretary. He has been in practise for
about 12 years and he is a leading lawyer having vast experience in dispute
resolution and insolvency and bankruptcy laws.He has represented clients in
various large litigations including some of the widely reported ones. He regularly
appears before the various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities including High
