Vincent C. Cirilli's practice focuses on complex commercial, insurance coverage, and employment litigation, with a particular emphasis on representing management in a variety of employment-related disputes involving claims under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act, the New York Human Rights Laws, and Title VII. He also provides labor and employment counseling and has conducted several internal investigations for higher education institutions and government agencies.
