Jenny Wu Yan is the director of human resources for Kohler K&B China. In her current role,
she supports and partners with business unit managers in K&B China in the activities of linking HR practices to the success and strength of the organization. She provides strong strategic direction and guidance in all functions and activities of the human resources department in K&B China to support the continuous business growth. She was previously associate director–HR and Talent, Kohler Asia Pacific Corporate Services where she managed Center of Excellence functions of regional corporate services such as leadership development, talent management, learning and development, succession planning, performance management, key and critical position hiring, and recruiting process. Prior to that she was the head of a global learning academy based in the United States.
With more than 20 years of experience as a senior HR leader and corporate HR specialist, Yan has extensive experience and knowledge in talent management, learning and development, organization development, and global leadership development. She holds a master’s degree in education. She is also certified in coaching, Hogan, DiSC, SLII, and DDI. Yan believes in the potential of every individual and enjoys working on initiatives to unleash such potential for better organizational and personal results.
