Sunny Khamkar is the Cofounder and CEO of MenuData, a company that uses social listening and generative AI to track global menu innovations, providing sales and marketing insights for the food and beverage industry. Previously, he co-founded Zaru, an automated invoice processing solution for hospitality and restaurant clients. Prior to Zaru, Sunny was an Enterprise Engineer at Crowdflower (now Appen). He holds an MS in E-Business Technology from Carnegie Mellon University, specializing in crowdsourcing and human-in-the-loop AI, and a BS from UC Santa Barbara.
