Darren is in his 27th year as a high classroom teacher at Dallas ISD's Skyline High School for the National Academy Foundation's Academy of Finance and believes passionately in providing financial analysis skills and money awareness to students so they can improve the quality of their lives and others they know. Finance is the global root of all languages and is involved in everything we do across all professions and interests yet is the least understood. Darren teaches Intuit QuickBooks, Intuit Mint and Everfi Finance leading to industry-based certifications for those interested in careers of finance and accounting and wish to pursue post-secondary degrees in these fields. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Dallas and an MBA from Texas A&M
