Graduated from the Technical Institute of Industrial Electronics, Massimo Minnella was in first place a student of the school and then an instructor for the application of special military equipment of both navy and air force discovery systems.
Combining his passion for the sea and electronics, he started his sales activity over thirty years ago in commercial vessels, choosing after fifteen years to focus mainly on megayachts.
Co-founder and CEO of TEAM Italia, he is currently the Sales Manager of the Company.
For over 20 years now, TEAM Italia has been operating globally within the field of mega and maxi yachts, specializing in the integration and functional optimization of navigation, telecommunications, security and data transmission equipment to simplify their use.
Its exclusive I-Bridge® system makes possible the integration and control of the different systems that are essential on board, from a single piece of equipment.
This leads to ease of use and speed of reaction, increasing safety levels when a yacht is at sea.
