For the past five years, Andy has managed South Carolina MEP’s field team and third-party resources. With more than 35 years of manufacturing and consulting experience, Andy knows what it takes to drive lasting operational improvement. That experience, coupled with SCMEP’s proprietary assessment tools, allows him to identify both the unique strategic and tactical initiatives required for success and then deliver and manage the resources required to execute those initiatives.
