Andrew has a proven track record in leading HR Organizations and has held various roles in Talent Acquisition & Management, Executive Coaching, HR Business Partnering, Employer Branding, and Learning & Development. He is currently the Global VP of Talent at Ubisoft, a world leader in the video gaming industry. Before his role at Ubisoft, Andrew led Schneider Electric’s ambitious Talent Digitization agenda, bringing digitization, AI and Machine Learning to Schneider’s HR ecosystem covering the company’s 145,000 employees.
