Bruce Selkirk

Mr. Selkirk launched his career in the energy industry in 1991 at Natural Gas Partners (NGP), a prominent private equity firm. During his eight-year tenure at NGP, he honed his skills under the guidance of some of the brightest minds in energy investing. In 1998, armed with invaluable experience, he ventured out to co-found Encore Acquisition Company (NYSE: EAC). Subsequently, as a visionary entrepreneur, he established or co-founded several profitable upstream oil and gas companies, serving as CFO, President, or CEO. These ventures, backed by esteemed investors such as NGP, Quantum Capital Group, and Warburg Pincus, generated attractive returns and solidified his reputation as an astute leader in the industry. Throughout his career, Mr. Selkirk has successfully managed numerous oil and gas asset transactions with major companies. His extensive experience as an investor-turned-founder uniquely positions him to lead Nacero in its next phase of growth, as the company embarks on constructing its flagship bio-methanol facility. Mr. Selkirk holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University, earned in 1991.numerous oil and gas asset acquisitions and divestures with several counterparties including, but not limited to, ExxonMobil Corp, Shell Western E&P Inc, Diamondback Energy Inc., Callon Petroleum Company, Whiting Petroleum Corporation and Lario Oil Gas Company. Mr. Selkirk earned a B.B.A in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University in 1991.
