Daryl Lim is the H. Laddie Montague Jr. Chair in Law and Associate Dean at Penn State Dickinson Law, where he leads the school’s Intellectual Property and Innovation Initiative. In addition to his academic leadership, he has advised the World Intellectual Property Organization and consulted on billion-dollar disputes, including a $400 million pharmaceutical licensing deal and semiconductor litigation worth $1.4 billion. Frequently tapped by practitioners, policymakers, and global companies, Daryl bridges law, business, and technology with practical insights on trademark, patent, and antitrust strategy.
