Tom leads CiviSeedlings, an internal incubator within Civicom. The team's most recent success was a virtual receptionist service, WelcomeWare, that's had excellent adoption within the healthcare space. His team's current focus is on leveraging AI to streamline note-taking and report generation. Prior to Civicom, Tom partnered with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies to develop and implement solutions related to sales force strategy, marketing analytics, brand strategy, opportunity assessment, forecasting, compensation, and M&A.
